the process of booking with tg1b

first things first, when can you book?

we love receipts at tg1b. once you solidify your venue all you can hit that book now button! we just ask that you provide a copy when booking via email or text. without this we will not be able to confirm the booking. once we receive your details, we will then get to the fun part, the party packages.

WHAt are the package options?

We have 4 options for our events. the basic, the premium, beer/wine/seltzers, mocktail edition. classic and specialty cocktails are preplanned to cater to each event. all packages will. start at a fixed price and increase for any customization.

who provides the alcohol?

per arizona law, we are not able to sell any alcohol. at tg1b we want to provide convenience. we have partnered with all of our local delivery apps and will send you a custom link through doordash, uber eats or gopuff with a full basket of necessary ingredients.

if delivery is not an option, we will provide an emailed list of ingredients or available pick up times at liquor store within range of your event, along with a link to a basket with all necessary ingredients.

there will be a 20% gratuity added to each event. cash tips however, are not required but very much encouraged. our bar staff will go above and beyond to make your event in scottsdale the best one yet.

what is the setup/cleanup proess?

Our bar staff will arrive promptly 1 hour prior to event for bar set up. we want to make sure each event is everything our clients imagine. we will respect your event space and we will remove any excess trash from the venue so that you and your guests can continue with the party. our cleanup time is subject to change however, we love the phrase leave it in better shape then how You found it.

WHAT’S YOUR DEPOSIT POLICY?

We require a minimum 20% deposit which will be sent to you via text link.  if you would like to book within 4 weeks we require a 50% deposit, and within 2 weeks a 75% deposit.

what is final payment process?

a link will be sent 30 minutes before the end of your event to complete the final payment. if your party would like to split the payment between parties, prior arrangements are required during booking.

is gratuity included for the bar staff?

there will be a 20% gratuity added to each event. cash tips however, are not required but very much encouraged. our bar staff will go above and beyond to make your event in scottsdale the best one yet.

ARE YOU CERTIFIED AND INSURED?

Yes. our bartenders are all title iv certified and as a company we provide a 2 million dollar general liability insurance and liqour liability insurance.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

we totally understand that life happens. we will do our best to reschedule however, deposits are non-refundable. as soon as a service is rendered we reserve the right to process the full or remaining balance with the credit card on file.

is cash an option?

yes cash is an option for final payment & gratuity, if you would like to hold the reservation with a valid credit card, we are happy to complete final payment & or gratuity in cash.
